Instructions

Jesmonite AC100 kits are designed for easy mixing and casting using a two-part system of liquid acrylic resin and mineral base.
Begin by weighing the components according to the recommended ratio of 1 part liquid to 2.5 parts base (by weight).
Pour the liquid into a clean mixing container, then gradually add the base while mixing thoroughly until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
Mix for about 1–2 minutes.
Pour or brush the mixture into molds or onto prepared surfaces immediately after mixing.
Gently tap or vibrate the mold to release trapped air bubbles.
