Description

These dark brown, green, or black patinas are professional-grade finishing solutions for copper and copper-alloy surfaces, including bronze and brass. It is formulated for controlled room-temperature application, producing rich, natural-looking patina effects ranging from deep brown to green or near-black, depending on dilution, dwell time, and metal surface preparation.

Once the desired coloration is reached, the patina should be rinsed, dried, and sealed with wax, lacquer, or another protective finish to preserve the final look.

Instructions

Clean and degrease the copper or copper-alloy surface thoroughly before application.
Apply the patina evenly using a brush, spray, or by immersion.
Allow the solution to react with the metal until the desired dark brown or black color develops.
Control the effect by adjusting dilution and dwell time.
Once the preferred finish is achieved, rinse the surface with water and allow it to dry completely.
Finally, seal the patinated surface with wax, lacquer, or another protective coating to preserve the finish.
