Plaster Splints

A fine additive that slows the setting time of gypsum, plaster, and cement products. Ideal for lifecasting and mold-making, it offers more working time and control without affecting final strength. Use sparingly—only small amounts are needed.

ULTRACAL 30 is a super-strength gypsum cement ideal for patternmaking, offering high accuracy and surface hardness with minimal expansion. Remember to weigh water first and add the powder to it. All times are approximate, influenced by water and ambient temperature.

Instructions for using MarbleCast gypsum: Mix plaster with water, soak briefly, and mix mechanically. Set begins in 10 min and ends in 13 min with hardening by 30 min. Always add powder to water, not the reverse. Times may vary with temperature.
