Buddy Rhodes Water Reducer 310 is a highly efficient powdered super-plasticizer that significantly enhances the flow and performance of concrete mixes without requiring excess water. It is engineered for high-performance applications such as GFRC, precast elements, self-consolidating concrete, and architectural castings. This advanced admixture allows even stiff mixes to become fluid and easy to place.

By substantially reducing the water-to-cement ratio, it increases compressive strength, lowers porosity, and improves the overall durability and density of cured concrete. This results in longer-lasting surfaces that resist wear, abrasion, and environmental stress.

Water Reducer 310 is particularly valuable for thin and detailed castings, such as countertops, furniture, artistic pieces, and decorative architectural components, where high fluidity is needed to fill intricate molds and capture fine textures. It aids in the even distribution of fibers in GFRC mixes and promotes smooth surfaces with fewer voids and air pockets.

Being much stronger than standard water reducers, only a small dosage is required, making the mix highly responsive to adjustments. Typical usage ranges from 0.05% to 1% of the cement weight, depending on the desired flow. Test batches are recommended to find the ideal balance. Instructions

  • Add Buddy Rhodes Water Reducer 310 at a dosage of 0.05%–1% of the cement weight, depending on the desired flow. 
  • For best results, blend the powdered admixture thoroughly into the dry concrete or GFRC mix before adding water. 
  • Once mixed evenly, add the required water and continue mixing until the concrete becomes smooth and workable. 
  • The reducer will improve fluidity without increasing the water content. 
  • If additional flow is needed, add small amounts gradually and mix well. 
  • Because the product is highly concentrated, avoid overdosing. 
  • Always perform test batches to determine the ideal dosage for your specific mix and casting application.
