Description

Jesmonite AC 730 Flexiguard is a professional-grade sealer that offers flexibility to protect AC730 castings and coatings. Its elastic properties allow it to adapt to the material's movements, preventing cracks and damage, especially in large or complex pieces. This sealer enhances durability and provides protection against moisture, wear, and environmental factors, while preserving fine surface details and textures. It is ideal for use on sculptures, architectural elements, decorative panels, and props, ensuring long-lasting protection and maintaining the visual quality and structural integrity of Jesmonite creations in challenging environments.

Instructions

Mix Jesmonite AC 730 Flexiguard thoroughly before use. Ensure AC730 surface is fully cured, clean, dry, and free of dust or grease. Apply a thin, even coat using a soft brush, roller, or spray equipment. Avoid over-application to prevent pooling. Allow to dry completely before applying additional coats (2–3 thin coats recommended for optimal protection). Lightly sand between coats if required. Do not apply below 10°C or in high humidity. Clean tools with water immediately after use. Allow full cure before exterior exposure.
