Aves Apoxie Clay

Description

Aves Apoxie Clay is a two-part sculpting and modeling compound that combines the smooth handling of clay with the strength and durability of epoxy. It features a creamy, self-hardening formula that offers excellent detail, control, and adhesion to a variety of materials, including wood, metal, resin, plastic, ceramic, glass, and foam.

With a working time of 1–3 hours, it allows for precise sculpting, texturing, and finishing before curing hard in 24 hours. Once cured, the clay becomes extremely durable, waterproof, and non-toxic, with no shrinkage or cracking. It can be sanded, carved, drilled, or painted to achieve professional-quality results.

The clay’s fine texture and smooth consistency make it ideal for sculptors, restorers, model builders, and crafters who require precision and reliability. It is easy to clean up with water or Aves® Safety Solvent, making it perfect for creating durable sculptures, prototypes, props, decorative pieces, and repairs for both indoor and outdoor applications. Available in several colors, it offers creative versatility.

Instructions

• Measure equal parts (1:1 by volume) of Part A and Part B. 
• Mix thoroughly until color is uniform with no streaks. 
• Working time is approximately 1–3 hours. 
• Apply to clean, dry surfaces and sculpt as desired
• smooth with water for a refined finish. 
• The clay self-hardens and cures in about 24 hours. 
• Once cured, it can be sanded, drilled, carved, or painted. Shore hardness: approx. 80D. 
• Clean tools and hands with water or Aves® Safety Solvent before material sets.
