This silicone rubber is designed for creating molds of body parts with high detail. It is skin-safe. Molds can be used for multiple castings with materials like plaster, wax, and resins.

Instructions
Preparation
Store and use at room temperature (23°C / 73°F). Warmer temperatures reduce working and cure times. Wear safety glasses, long sleeves, and rubber gloves. Use flat, stiff mixing sticks.
Safety
- Test on a small skin area for allergic reactions.
- Do not ingest or use inside the mouth.
- Avoid open eye contact.
- Perform life casting with at least three people.
- Ensure skin is clean and free of contaminants to avoid cure inhibition.
Releasing
Use Body Double™ Release Cream or HYPER-FOLIC™ Release Additive to minimize mechanical lock on hair. Shave the molding area if necessary.
Measuring & Mixing
For the “Standard Set”, mix 1A:1B by volume. Stir thoroughly before dispensing. Apply with a soft bristle brush. For the initial layer, use Silicone Thinner™ if needed. Add new material promptly to avoid seam lines.
Applying a Support Shell, Demolding & Casting
Use Gypsona™ Plaster Bandages for support shells. Apply petroleum jelly to the rubber mold surface before applying bandages. Demold carefully, cutting encapsulated hair if necessary. Remove release cream with make-up remover or baby oil. Store the cured mold in the support shell for best results.
