Description

This water-based, penetrating sealer is the initial step in the ICT sealing system. It is formulated to deeply penetrate concrete surfaces, reducing porosity and strengthening the substrate. This helps prevent moisture intrusion, staining, and contamination.

Commonly applied to concrete countertops, furniture, sinks, architectural elements, and decorative surfaces, it improves durability and resistance to daily wear, ensuring a consistent finished appearance. Proper application is crucial for achieving a professional-quality surface and ensuring long-term success.

Instructions

Apply as the first step in the ICT sealing system to prepare concrete surfaces for long-term protection.

  1. Ensure the concrete is fully cured, clean, dry, and free of dust, oils, waxes, or contaminants.
  2. Stir or shake the product thoroughly before use.
  3. Apply evenly using a clean, lint-free cloth, microfiber pad, sponge, or low-pressure sprayer, working the material into the surface for deep penetration.
  4. Avoid puddling or excessive buildup.
  5. Allow the sealer to absorb and dry based on ambient temperature and humidity.
  6. If additional coats are needed, allow each coat to dry before applying the next.
  7. Once dried completely, proceed with the next step of the ICT system, typically FS Seals™.
  8. Protect the surface from moisture, stains, and abrasion during the curing process to ensure optimal performance and durability.
