Description
This penetrating sealer is an aqueous copolymer chemically reactive dispersion that creates a durable and transparent barrier against oil and water on concrete surfaces. Its chemistry offers invisible protection to both dense and porous concrete, making it highly effective as a water sealer.
It serves as a base layer of protection in case of a failure of the Satin Sealer or prolonged exposure to staining agents. It is also used as a primer for the next layer.

Instructions
Apply to clean, dry concrete free of dust, grease, and residues. Stir well before use.
Using a low-pressure sprayer, microfiber applicator, or roller, apply a thin, even coat—do not overapply or allow pooling. Work in manageable sections to ensure uniform penetration. Allow the sealer to absorb fully; remove any excess with a clean cloth.
For highly porous surfaces, apply a second coat after the first has dried.
Dry Time
- 1–2 hours for initial drying
- Full cure in 24 hours
Use as a primer before applying Satin Sealer. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
