Description

CA 37 Alginate is designed for precise dental impressions. This alginate offers a firm and rigid consistency. It provides excellent tear and deformation resistance, ensuring high-quality impressions with at least 50µm of detail reproduction. The alginate is dust-free and features a pleasant pink color with a peppermint aroma, enhancing patient comfort. It is compatible with all types of gypsum, delivering a smooth gypsum surface. The setting times are patient-friendly, making the process comfortable and efficient.

Instructions

This alginate is intended for dental impressions and should be used at room temperature. Follow these steps for optimal results:

1. Ensure the impression tray is clean and properly selected for the patient.
2. Measure the required amount of alginate powder and water according to the manufacturer’s recommended ratio.
3. Add the powder to water and mix vigorously using a spatula in a rubber bowl until a smooth, creamy, lump-free consistency is achieved.
4. Load the mixed alginate into the impression tray and insert it into the patient’s mouth promptly.
5. Seat the tray evenly and hold it steady until the alginate sets. The setting time in the mouth is short, ensuring patient comfort.
6. Once set, remove the impression with a quick, firm motion.
7. Rinse under clean water, disinfect according to standard dental protocols, and pour with gypsum as soon as possible.

This alginate is compatible with all types of gypsum and produces a smooth, high-quality gypsum surface.
