Description

Ease Release™ 500 is a TEFLON™-like dry film mold release agent and lubricant, free from silicones, oils, and wax. It is non-migrating and non-staining, making it suitable for various molding processes such as injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form, and die cast molding.

Ease Release 500 provides excellent release properties, resulting in a matte surface finish on molded parts and facilitating easy post-finishing.

Instructions

Apply Ease Release™ 500 to a clean, dry mold surface.
Shake the container well and spray a light, even coat from a short distance, covering all areas that require release.
Allow the film to dry completely before casting or molding.
Reapply as needed between cycles to maintain consistent release and surface finish.
