ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) filament is a high-performance thermoplastic designed for 3D printing. It is renowned for its excellent weather resistance and durability, making it suitable for outdoor applications where exposure to sunlight is a concern.

Instructions

To achieve optimal printing conditions, follow these instructions:

  • Preheat the heated bed to 80-100°C.
  • Set the extruder temperature to 240-260°C.
  • Use a heated bed and enclosure to reduce warping.
  • Ensure proper ventilation during printing.
  • Start printing with added bed adhesion if needed.
  • Cool the printed object gradually.
  • Store the filament in a dry container to maintain quality.
