Description

This ultra-soft, low-density flexible polyurethane foam is designed to mimic the feel of cushions, pillows, and soft padding. With a density of approximately 96 kg/m³ (6 lb/ft³), it produces a highly compressible, resilient foam that rebounds easily after deformation, making it suitable for comfort-driven, lightweight applications.

Due to its very soft feel and low density, this foam is widely used for pillows, cushions, upholstery elements, costume and cosplay padding, soft props, ergonomic supports, and special effects pieces where comfort, flexibility, and lightweight performance are essential.

Instructions

Mix at a 1A:1B ratio by volume (≈100A:100B by weight) until uniform. Pour within approximately 90 seconds of working time. The foam expands about ten times, so allow space in the mold. Do not disturb during the rise. De-mold after approximately 60 minutes. Full cure is achieved in about 4 hours.

Application Instructions

  • Use clean, dry molds and apply a release agent if needed.
  • Trim or shape the foam after it has fully cured.
  • Wear gloves and avoid moisture during the process.
  • Ensure good ventilation while working with the foam.
