Description
This ultra-fine polyamide fiber additive is designed to create realistic skin tones in prosthetic materials. When mixed into clear or semi-transparent carriers, the fibers disperse to replicate natural speckling, mottling, and subtle veining found in real skin, avoiding a flat, artificial appearance.
Compatible with On-Skin Silicone, gelatine, and platinum silicone systems such as Dragon Skin®, Ecoflex®, and PlatSil Gel, a small amount is sufficient to achieve a natural complexion effect. It allows the material's translucency to show while adding depth, warmth, and realism.
Use alone for subtle skin texturing or combine with silicone pigments, inks, or paints for a customized color palette. Commonly used in prosthetic makeup, lifecasting, FX appliances, cosplay, animatronics skins, and hyper-realistic props. Suitable for both on-skin encapsulated prosthetics and molded silicone pieces, integrating smoothly without clumping.

Instructions
Add a small amount of fibers to clear or semi-transparent silicone, gelatine, or prosthetic material before mixing. Stir thoroughly to evenly disperse the fibers and avoid clumping. Adjust the quantity gradually to achieve the desired skin tone depth, mottling, or translucency effect.
Combine with silicone pigments, inks, or paints for customized coloration and more realistic skin variation. Test small batches before final application to refine the effect. Suitable for use with platinum silicones, gelatine systems, prosthetics, FX appliances, and realistic prop fabrication.
