Description

These latex colorants are highly concentrated pigments designed for use with liquid latex. They offer excellent dispersion and consistent color results. A small amount can color a large volume of liquid latex, allowing for dramatic color effects depending on the proportion used. The recommended loading range is 0.3% to 10% of the total system weight. Exceeding this range may cause leaching. The available color is Flesh.

Instructions

General Preparation:

Store and use at or near 23°C.
Wear vinyl gloves to prevent skin contact.
These colorants are concentrated; a small amount is sufficient for coloring liquid latex products.
Recommended loading range is 0.3% to 10% of the total latex system weight.
User determines the amount to add; for first-time users, test the color effect by adding a few drops to a small amount of material and observe the outcome.
It may take a few test castings to achieve the desired color.
Do not overload the liquid latex rubber with colorants to avoid color leaching.
Pre-mix colorants thoroughly in the container before dispensing as settling may have occurred.
Add colorants to liquid latex rubber and mix well before use.
Custom colors can be created by blending different colorants.
Trial and error testing is recommended to achieve the right color for your application.
Small scale testing is advised before using substantial amounts of material for any project.
