Instructions

To extend the working time of 

Jesmonite AC-100 mixes, add the retarder as follows:

1. Measure the required amount of liquid component.
2. Add the retarder to the liquid before introducing the powder component.
3. Mix thoroughly to ensure even dispersion.
4. Add small amounts of retarder gradually, not exceeding the recommended dosage to avoid significant setting delays.
5. Once the retarder is fully mixed into the liquid, add the powder according to the standard mixing ratio.
6. Mix until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
7. Apply or pour the material immediately into molds or onto prepared surfaces.
8. Allow the composite to cure undisturbed; setting and demolding times will vary based on the amount of retarder used and ambient conditions.
9. Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use, before the material sets.
