Description

Jesmonite AC730 Flex Liquid is a rapid-setting acrylic-modified cementitious composite. It is primarily designed for glass-reinforced, lightweight, hand-laminated decorative applications. It can also be used for small decorative castings. This product is the liquid component only; please ensure to order the AC730 Base/Powder to complete the set.

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Shake or stir Jesmonite AC730 Flex Liquid well before use.
  2. Measure accurately and mix with the AC730 Flex Base at the recommended ratio.
  3. Blend thoroughly until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
  4. Apply by brushing, pouring, or troweling onto prepared molds or surfaces.
  5. Work within the material’s open time and allow to cure fully at room temperature before demolding, sealing, or further finishing.

Safety:

  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Wear protective gloves and eye protection during mixing and application.
  • Avoid skin and eye contact; rinse immediately with clean water if contact occurs.
  • Do not ingest.
  • Keep containers sealed when not in use and store away from children.
  • Dispose of waste material in accordance with local regulations.
