Jesmonite AC730 is a rapid-setting acrylic-modified cementitious composite base powder. It is primarily designed for glass-reinforced, lightweight, hand-laminated decorative applications. This versatile material can also be used for small decorative castings. Note that this is the base powder only; the AC730 Liquid is required to complete the system.

Description

Jesmonite AC730 is an acrylic-modified cementitious composite base powder formulated for glass-reinforced and decorative applications. It is designed for creating strong, detailed laminates, coatings, and small castings when combined with Jesmonite AC730 Liquid. The system offers good flexural strength, low shrinkage, and excellent surface detail, making it suitable for architectural features, props, sculptures, and decorative panels. AC730 is typically used in thin sections and reinforced with glass fiber scrim or chopped strand mat for added strength. Note: AC730 Liquid is required to complete the system.

Safety & Handling

Use in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate PPE, including gloves, eye protection, and a dust mask or respirator when handling the dry powder. Avoid inhaling dust and prevent contact with eyes and prolonged skin exposure. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Keep containers sealed when not in use and store in a dry environment. Always follow recommended mix ratios and local safety regulations.
