Description

Jesmonite Super Plasticiser is a high-performance admixture that enhances the workability, flow, and finish of Jesmonite composite systems without adding extra water. It reduces water demand, which increases strength, density, and surface quality while minimizing air entrapment and improving mold filling. This makes it ideal for detailed castings, thin sections, and complex molds, helping to achieve smoother surfaces and sharper details with consistent results. The Super Plasticiser is suitable for a wide range of Jesmonite systems, supporting professional-quality castings in artistic, architectural, and decorative applications.

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Shake Jesmonite Super Plasticiser well before use.
  2. Measure accurately and add to the liquid component or mix water before combining with the base.
  3. Add in small percentages gradually and mix thoroughly to avoid over-plasticising.
  4. Adjust dosage through testing to achieve desired workability without segregation.
  5. Apply and cure according to the specific Jesmonite system used.

Safety:

  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Wear gloves and eye protection during handling.
  • Avoid skin and eye contact; rinse immediately with clean water if contact occurs.
  • Do not ingest.
  • Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use and store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
  • Dispose of residues and containers in accordance with local regulations.
