Description

The Jesmonite Vibrating Plate is a professional tool designed to remove trapped air from Jesmonite mixes during casting. By evenly vibrating the mold, it compacts the material, reducing bubbles and voids and ensuring a smooth, uniform surface. This enhances fine detail capture, improves structural integrity, and creates professional-quality finishes in sculptures, architectural elements, decorative panels, and props. Compatible with AC and cement-based systems, the plate allows artists and fabricators to achieve consistent, high-quality results efficiently, saving time and minimizing defects in every casting.

Instructions

Place the vibrating plate on a stable, level surface. Secure the mold on the plate and pour the mixed Jesmonite into the mold. Switch on the plate and allow it to vibrate briefly until air bubbles rise and the surface settles. Turn off once bubbles are released and proceed with curing as normal.

Safety

Keep hands clear during operation. Do not overload the plate or operate on unstable surfaces. Wear appropriate PPE and keep away from water, children, and loose objects.
