Description

A perfectly smooth black porcelain head for producing seamless bald caps that meet the strictest standards. The porcelain is suitable for Glatzan, Syncap, and Latex. The ingenious design of the head allows you to make bald caps with a diameter of 54 to 64 cm. The special neck creates a very natural head shape and makes the bald cap easier to install. To make smaller bald caps (54-58 cm diameter), brush the side with the long neck. For larger bald caps (59-64 cm), use the side with the short neck.

Instructions

Clean the porcelain head thoroughly and ensure it is dry before use.
Select the correct side depending on the desired bald cap size: use the long-neck side for smaller caps (54–58 cm) and the short-neck side for larger caps (59–64 cm).
Apply your chosen material—such as Glatzan, Syncap, or latex—by brushing thin, even layers over the head.
Allow each layer to dry before applying the next.
Once fully cured, carefully release and trim the bald cap before fitting.
