Description

Mix the powder into water and blend with a drill for 1–2 minutes until creamy. Avoid mixing for more than 2 minutes.

Additives

• Accelerator: Reduces demold time with a pot life of 10 minutes and demold time of 50 minutes at 1.0% concentration.
• Retarder: Extends pot life to 60 minutes and demold time to 120 minutes at 2.0% concentration.
• Thickener: Up to 1.5% for vertical applications, providing a 40-minute pot life and 90-minute cure time.

Finishing

• Allow 24 hours to dry in conditions of less than 50% humidity.
• Clean surface with a 10:1 water and detergent solution before painting to remove release agents.

Application Technique

• Hand Lay-Up: Apply a gel coat followed by fiberglass matting or a 6% chopped fiber mix to create a reinforced 1 cm thick shell.

Safety Precautions

• Wear a NIOSH-approved mask to prevent dust inhalation.
• Use gloves to avoid skin contact.

• For longer working times, add 2.0% Retarder to extend pot life to 60 minutes and demold time to 120 minutes.
• Add Thickener up to 1.5% for vertical troweling or slush casting, providing a 40-minute pot life and 90-minute cure time.

Finishing:

• Allow the product to dry for 24 hours in conditions of less than 50% humidity.
• Before painting, clean the surface with a 10:1 water and detergent solution to remove any release agents.

Application Technique:
