Description
This aluminum-filled, two-part epoxy adhesive is designed for high-strength metal repair, bonding, and rebuilding. It adheres to aluminum, steel, iron, brass, concrete, ceramics, and many rigid plastics, making it useful for industrial maintenance, tooling repair, prototyping, and workshop use.
Features
- Mixes at a 1:1 ratio by volume or weight
- 22-minute working time
- Forms a smooth, non-sag paste
- Stays in place on vertical or overhead surfaces
- Metal-like appearance and performance
- Excellent compressive strength and durability
- Resistant to many dilute acids, alkalies, and solvents
Commonly used for filling cracks, rebuilding worn metal components, bonding dissimilar materials, and making durable structural repairs where reliability and long-term stability are essential.
Instructions
Mix at a 1:1 ratio by volume or weight. At approximately 23°C (73°F), it offers a working time of about 22 minutes, allowing for application, shaping, and alignment before curing. It cures at room temperature to a rigid, high-strength mass in roughly 16 hours with minimal shrinkage.
Once fully cured, it can be machined, drilled, tapped, sanded, or painted, enabling precise finishing and integration into repaired parts.
