Description
This premium epoxy adhesive is designed for applications requiring strong holding power and water resistance. It is a two-component system mixed in equal parts by volume (100A/123B by weight). The pot life is 35 minutes, and it reaches handling strength in 16 hours at 23°C (73°F). It adheres well to both porous and non-porous surfaces, making it popular in the boating industry for assembly and repair. It maintains strength even in extreme cold conditions.

Instructions
Safety
Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear safety glasses, long sleeves, and rubber gloves to minimize contamination risk.
Storage and Usage
Store and use at room temperature (23°C/73°F). Use as soon as possible due to limited shelf life.
Surface Preparation
Ensure surfaces are clean and dry for optimal bonding. Porous materials should be sanded and free from dust. Nonporous surfaces like metal and plastic should be degreased, dried, and roughened by sanding, sandblasting, or chemical etching. Cover treated surfaces within a few hours to prevent contamination. Avoid using on metals like nickel, chromium, tin, or zinc, and soft thermoplastics like polyethylene. Conduct a small test application to ensure suitability.
Mixing and Applying
Mix equal amounts of Parts A and B (or 100A:123B by weight) thoroughly for 3 minutes to achieve a uniform color. Apply to the prepared surface at a thickness of 0.08-0.16 cm (1/32-1/16 in.). Fit the other surface over the epoxy and apply even pressure using clamps or weights until cured.
Curing
Cures to handling strength in 16 hours at room temperature (23°C/73°F). Applying mild heat (65°C/150°F) for 4 hours will speed up curing. Allow to cool to room temperature before moving bonded substrates.
