Parian Spirit Canister

Description

The Parian Spirit Canister is a compact and portable solution for cleaning makeup brushes. It fits easily into most makeup cases and features a porous rubbing screen on a riser, allowing makeup and debris to settle at the bottom, away from the brush.

Cleaning the canister is straightforward. All parts are removable and can be wiped clean with a paper towel or rag, ready to be refilled and reused. Fill the tub only enough to cover 1/4 of the brush bristles. For larger brushes, use the lid with a small amount of cleaner and let capillary action draw the cleaner into the brush.

Cleaning

Parian Spirit is formulated with citrus spirits and food-grade solvents, offering powerful cleaning properties that effectively remove oil-based makeup and adhesives while being gentle on both natural and synthetic bristles. It can also clean makeup from clothes, wigs, false eyelashes, and facial hair, as well as latex and acrylic.

Conditioning

After cleaning, Parian Spirit reconditions brush bristles, restoring their natural sheen and luster with a light citrus aroma.

Disinfecting

Lab tests show Parian Spirit has strong disinfecting properties, requiring about 1 minute of exposure to disinfect a brush. Sprays are effective for surface cleaning, but deep cleaning with the canister is recommended at the end of the day.

Drying Time

Drying time varies based on brush type, bristle thickness, and room conditions. Parian Spirit is moderately fast-drying. To speed up drying and reduce oiliness, use an absorbent material like terry cloth or paper towel to blot moisture. Roll the brush handle between your palms to circulate air and remove residue. Reshape the bristles and lay the brush flat or at a downward angle to dry.
