Description

This thixotropic epoxy coating is designed for creating hard, impact-resistant shells. It is suitable for coating foam, wood, and other surfaces.
This product material cures at room temperature with virtually no shrinkage to a hard, durable plastic that exhibits good compressive and flexural strength. Fully cured castings are rigid and can be sanded, primed, and painted. Color effects can be achieved by adding SO-Strong™ Color Tints.

  • Once cured, the coating provides a durable, high-impact surface that can be sanded, primed, and painted.

Instructions

  • Mix epoxy at a ratio of 1A:4B by weight until uniform. 
  • Apply to clean, dry surfaces using a brush or tool. 
  • Working time is approximately 10 minutes. 
  • Apply in even layers; do not overwork. 
  • Allow to cure undisturbed. 
  • Demold or handle after approximately 16 hours. 
  • Once cured, the surface can be sanded, primed, or painted. 
  • Wear gloves and ensure proper ventilation.
