Description

These electric fluorescent silicone pigments are designed to color tin-cure silicone rubber compounds, such as Mold Max™ translucent ‘T’ Series, and platinum-cure silicones like Dragon Skin™ and Ecoflex™. They are also compatible with Smooth-On’s skin effects systems, including Psycho Paint™ and Skin Tite™.

The pigments produce a fluorescent or 'glow' effect that is enhanced under ultra-violet (UV) light or 'black light'. This effect is most pronounced when used with clear or translucent silicone. The glow is achieved because more UV light is visible from the cured material compared to standard pigments, making castings appear brighter in ambient light and glow under UV light.

Instructions

Add the electric fluorescent pigment to silicone (Part A or mixed system) in small amounts and mix thoroughly until the color is uniform.
Adjust for desired brightness. Then add Part B and mix again.
Best results are achieved in clear or translucent silicones.
Allow to cure per system instructions.
Use UV light to enhance the glow effect.
