Description

This urethane resin is part of the ColorMatch™ Series, designed for adding color pigments and fillers to achieve accurate color representation or filler effects. 

Smooth-Cast™ 327 is color-neutral, allowing small amounts of pigment to produce vivid colors using So-Strong™, UVO™, or Ignite™ pigments.

  • Mix ratio: 1A:1B by volume
  • Pot life: 7 minutes
  • Demold time: 30 minutes
  • Shore hardness: 70 D
  • Low viscosity for easy mixing and pouring
  • Ideal for making prototypes, models, and production parts

Instructions

  • Mix resin at a 1A:1B ratio by volume. 
  • Stir thoroughly, ensuring to scrape the sides and bottom of the container. 
  • Pour the mixture promptly into the mold, the pot life is 7 minutes. 
  • The low viscosity helps capture fine details with minimal bubbles. 
  • Demold the part after approximately 30 minutes. 
  • Once cured, parts will reach a Shore D hardness of 70. 
  • This resin is suitable for creating prototypes, models, and production parts.
