Description

Vacuum Degassing System is a high-performance solution designed to efficiently remove air bubbles, gases, and entrapped moisture from resins, silicones, polyurethane, and other liquid materials. By creating a controlled vacuum environment, it ensures a bubble-free, smooth, and high-quality end product, improving the structural integrity, surface finish, and overall performance of castings, molds, and coatings. This system is ideal for use in laboratories, industrial production, and artistic applications, providing precise control over vacuum levels and degassing time. Equipped with durable vacuum pumps, robust chambers, and user-friendly controls, it enables safe, reliable, and repeatable operation. Its transparent chamber design allows easy monitoring, while its chemical-resistant construction ensures compatibility with a wide range of materials. The Vacuum Degassing System minimizes defects, reduces post-processing work, and increases productivity, making it an essential tool for professionals seeking efficiency, consistency, and superior results in casting, molding, or coating workflows.

Instructions

1. Safety Precautions
• Operate in a well-ventilated area.
• Wear safety glasses and chemical-resistant gloves.
• Do not exceed the chamber’s maximum vacuum rating.
• Ensure all materials are compatible with vacuum processing.
• Never open the chamber while under vacuum.
2. Pre-Operation Check
• Inspect the chamber, lid gasket, and vacuum hose for damage.
• Ensure all fittings are tightly secured.
• Confirm the vacuum pump oil level (if applicable).
• Place the system on a stable, level surface.
3. Material Preparation
• Mix material according to manufacturer instructions.
• Use a container large enough for 3–4x expansion during degassing.
• Place the container inside the chamber.
4. Degassing Procedure
• Close the chamber lid securely.
• Ensure the vacuum valve is closed.
• Turn on the vacuum pump.
• Slowly open the vacuum valve to gradually reduce pressure.
• Observe material rising and bubbling.
• Maintain vacuum 1–5 minutes after bubbling stabilizes.
5. Releasing Vacuum
• Close the vacuum valve.
• Turn off the vacuum pump.
• Slowly open the air release valve.
• Wait until pressure equalizes before opening the lid
