Description

This lightweight, mesh-reinforced thermoplastic is designed for creating strong yet flexible costume and prop structures. It activates at approximately 80°C, becoming soft and fully shapeable, allowing for easy sculpting, folding, and forming of complex designs.

Instructions

Heat the material to around 80°C using a heat gun, hot water, or steam until it becomes soft and flexible.
Shape by hand or over a form, folding or layering as needed.
Press heated surfaces together to bond—no glue required.
Combine with foam, fabric, or armatures for added strength.
Reheat to adjust or refine details.
Allow to cool fully to retain shape while maintaining flexibility.
Save scraps and reheat for reuse.
Prime and paint as desired.
Avoid overheating and work on a heat-safe surface for best results.
