Description

This robust, two-part epoxy adhesive is designed for industrial, prototyping, and mold-making applications requiring strong, rigid bonds. It effectively bonds metals, ceramics, glass, wood, rigid plastics, composites, and tooling materials.

Mixes easily at a 1:1 ratio by volume, resulting in a smooth, non-sag consistency that adheres well to vertical or uneven surfaces.

At room temperature, it offers a working time of approximately 30 minutes, providing ample time for alignment and assembly before it begins to gel. It cures under ambient conditions to a hard, rigid state with a typical hardness of Shore D 80, achieving full cure in 24 hours. The adhesive's properties continue to enhance over several days.

Once cured, it demonstrates excellent adhesion, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability, making it suitable for structural bonding and general-purpose repairs. It can be machined, sanded, drilled, or painted, allowing seamless integration into finished parts or assemblies. This adhesive is reliable in workshops, model shops, and industrial settings where precision, strength, and consistency are essential.

Instructions

• Mix the epoxy at a 1:1 ratio by volume until uniform. 
• Apply to clean, dry surfaces. 
• Working time is approximately 30 minutes at room temperature—align parts before gel begins. Use clamps if needed. 
• Allow to cure for 24 hours for full strength (Shore D 80). 
• Avoid disturbing during cure. 
• After curing, the material can be sanded, drilled, or painted. 
• Ensure proper ventilation and wear gloves during use.
