Description

This two-component (A+B) liquid epoxy can be cast solid or thickened for vertical applications. It cures to a rock-hard solid with negligible shrinkage.

  • Mix ratio: 1A:1B by volume
  • Working time: 85 minutes
  • Cures overnight at room temperature

Colorants such as UVO™ or Ignite™ can be added during mixing for various color effects. The cured epoxy can be sanded and painted with acrylic paints.

Certified with the highest flame rating (ASTM E84, Class A), it is safe for use near animals, reptiles, and aquatic life. It contains no VOCs, phthalates, or crystalline silica.

The epoxy bonds permanently to itself and various surfaces, including EPS, rigid foam, wallboard, plaster, wood, and PVC. It serves as a fire-rated protective or decorative coating and is an excellent repair cement for PVC, Plexiglas™ (acrylic), wood, metals, plastics, and foams.

Instructions

  • Mix the epoxy at a 1A:1B ratio by volume until uniform. 
  • Apply to clean, dry surfaces or pour as needed. 
  • The working time is approximately 85 minutes for shaping or coating. 
  • Allow to cure overnight at room temperature without disturbance. 
  • Add colorants during mixing if desired. 
  • Once cured, the surface can be sanded and painted. 
  • Use gloves and ensure proper ventilation during use.
