Description

This industrial petrolatum-based release agent (formerly Eject-It 33) is designed for mold making and casting applications.

Supralease PTR effectively releases liquid silicone rubber from various surfaces without affecting surface detail.

Features

Non-silicone formula
Compatible with clays, plasters, plastics, metals, and wood
Releases liquid silicone rubber from cured silicone rubber
Dries quickly with a matte finish
Effective temperature range: 10°C - 315°C
Contains no chlorinated solvents or ozone-depleting substances

Instructions

Apply to a clean, dry surface using a soft brush or lint-free cloth.
Ensure a thin, even coat over all areas that will contact silicone.
Allow the release agent to dry to a matte finish before pouring material.
For best results, apply a second light coat if working with complex molds or porous surfaces.
Suitable for use on clays, plaster, plastics, metals, wood, and cured silicone.
After application, proceed with casting liquid silicone rubber.
Clean any excess residue after demolding, if needed.
Use in a well-ventilated area and follow standard safety precautions.
