Cosclay® Doll is a hybrid polymer clay combining plastic and rubber properties, designed to retain flexibility after curing. This unique characteristic makes it ideal for creating durable and resilient items such as stop-motion characters and posable figures.

For optimal results, cure the clay at 135°C for at least 30 minutes per 6.35 mm thickness. This ensures the material achieves its intended durability and flexibility.

Instructions

Condition Cosclay® Doll by kneading it until soft and workable.
Sculpt the clay into the desired shape using your hands or sculpting tools. The material can be applied over armatures and blended smoothly to create detailed figures or components.
Once the sculpture is complete, place it in an oven-safe tray and cure at 135 °C (275 °F) for at least 30 minutes per 6.35 mm (¼ in) of thickness.
Allow the piece to cool completely after baking.
Once cured, the clay will remain flexible and durable, reducing the risk of cracking.
Sanding, painting, and additional finishing can be done after curing if desired.
