Enhance concrete durability with high tensile reinforcement.Alkali-resistant and non-corrosiveReinforces unsupported spans and cantilevered sectionsPrevents surface ghosting with proper placement
This acrylic fiber significantly improves concrete performance by providing secondary reinforcement and eliminating plastic shrinkage cracking.
Use up to 20 grams of fiber per 22.7 kg (50 lb) of concrete mix. Proper mixing and finishing techniques ensure optimal results.
This high-performance concrete additive enhances durability and reduces cracking. It provides secondary reinforcement, improves impact resistance, and can eliminate plastic shrinkage cracking by up to 100%.
Use acrylic fibers sparingly. A standard dosage is up to 20 g of fiber per 22.7 kg (50 lb) bag of Buddy Rhodes™ concrete mix. Exceeding this amount may significantly reduce workability.
The fibers are monofilament and have a high surface area, so proper dispersion is critical. Do not add fibers all at once. For best results, either pre-blend the fibers into the mix water or slowly introduce them into the wet concrete slurry during mixing. Adjust the technique as needed for your specific mix design.
If fibers are visible after curing, they can be carefully burned off using a propane torch. Follow all fire and safety precautions when doing so.
