Description

This low-odor, fast-setting urethane elastomer is known for its tear strength, impact resistance, and wear resistance. It is designed for demanding applications, providing excellent performance and durability while being user-friendly. The formulation is phthalate-free, mercury-free, and MOCA-free, ensuring safer handling and a reduced environmental impact.

The cured rubber is white and can be pigmented using SO-Strong™, UVO™, or Ignite™ colorants for customized visual effects or identification. 

Its strong physical properties and impact resistance make it suitable for creating impact-resistant props, prototypes, protective housings, and display pieces that require a balance of flexibility and toughness.

Instructions

  • Mix at 1A:1B by volume (or 100A:94B by weight) until uniform. 
  • Pour into the prepared mold immediately—working time is approximately 4 minutes. 
  • Do not disturb during cure. 
  • Allow approximately 2 hours for handling strength and 48 hours for full cure at room temperature. 
  • Use mold release if needed. 
  • Once cured, the part can be trimmed or finished. 
  • Wear gloves and ensure proper ventilation.
