Description

This light-colored cement mortar is designed for casting small to medium-sized decorative concrete parts. It sets rapidly, allowing removal from the mold within 30 minutes at approximately 20°C. Suitable for restoration, renovation, and industrial applications.

For shipping, loose bags are transported on a pallet, with a full pallet accommodating up to 800 kg.

Instructions

Measure the required amount of water and gradually add the mortar while mixing until a smooth, workable consistency is achieved. Mix thoroughly to remove lumps.

Pour or press the mixture into clean molds, ensuring the material fills all details.
Lightly tap or vibrate the mold to release trapped air.
At approximately 20°C, the material can usually be removed from the mold after about 30 minutes.
Allow the cast piece to continue curing before handling or finishing.
Clean tools with water immediately after use.
