Instructions

  • Measure the Jesmonite AC84 liquid and base according to the recommended ratio.
  •  Pour the liquid into a clean mixing container and gradually add the powder while mixing until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. 
  • Mix for 1–2 minutes. 
  • Pour or apply the mixture into molds or onto prepared surfaces. Tap or vibrate lightly to release trapped air. 
  • Allow the material to cure fully before demolding or handling. 
  • Clean tools with water immediately after use.
