High-performance polymer-modified gypsum casting system.Fast demold timesExcellent dimensional stabilityReinforce with fiberglassLow-odor, water-basedArtistic and architectural applications
This gypsum-based casting system is designed for creating strong, lightweight, and detailed castings. It combines specially formulated alpha gypsum with advanced polymer additives, resulting in parts that are tougher and more durable than standard plaster products. When reinforced with materials such as chopped fiberglass, hemp, or burlap, it achieves exceptional strength while maintaining a smooth, stone-like surface finish.
Ideal for theming, sculpture, architectural elements, restoration, and display fabrication. It offers fast demold times and excellent dimensional stability, capturing fine surface detail, making it a preferred choice for artists and fabricators seeking high fidelity and consistency. The system is low-odor and water-based, providing a safer and more environmentally friendly alternative to resin-based systems.
Can be cast solid, rotationally cast, or laminated, offering flexibility for a wide range of creative and industrial uses. Once cured, castings can be easily painted, sanded, or sealed. Combining strength, detail, and ease of use, it delivers professional-grade results for both artistic and architectural applications.
This polymer additive system is used with alpha gypsum to produce strong, water-resistant casts that can be painted, sanded, and machined.
Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear safety glasses, long sleeves, and a NIOSH-approved dust mask when handling powders and mixing to avoid inhalation and eye/skin contact. Clean tools promptly and store components dry at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
