Description
This wax-based non-silicone release agent is engineered for high-temperature molding environments. It is suitable for facilities avoiding silicone contamination, ensuring success in secondary processes like painting or bonding. It operates efficiently at mold temperatures between 71°C and 93°C, maintaining a clean mold surface.

Instructions
Start with a pristine mold surface. Clean thoroughly using a high-strength cleaner to remove all residual oils and previous coatings.
Application & "Sealing" the Surface
- Thermal Activation: Heat the mold to its intended operating temperature before application.
- Initial Coating: Apply a uniform layer via spray or brush and allow it to dry.
- Buffing: While the surface is warm, rub the wax into the mold pores with a clean, lint-free cloth.
- Saturation: Repeat the process two to three times to create a durable barrier.
Production Cycle
Once sealed, begin the molding process. Reapply a light, consistent coat after every cycle to maintain optimal release properties.
Finishing & Post-Processing
Residue on the cast part may interfere with surface treatments. If parts are to be stained, painted, or glued, clean thoroughly with Isopropyl Alcohol to remove the paraffinic barrier.
