Description

These guns are designed to hold 400 ml cartridges of materials like Body Double®, Dragon Skin®, Ecoflex®, and Mold Star®. They facilitate the mixing of Parts A & B through a static mixing tube. The manual version operates by squeezing the handles, while the electric version is triggered for operation, making it suitable for frequent molders and larger projects.

Instructions

  • Insert the 400 mL dual cartridge into the dispensing gun and secure it in place. 
  • Remove the cartridge cap and attach a compatible static mixing tube. 
  • Slowly squeeze the handles (manual gun) or pull the trigger (electric gun) to begin dispensing. 
  • The gun automatically pushes Parts A and B through the static mixer, blending the material evenly. 
  • Dispense directly onto the surface or mold area as needed. 
  • Release the pressure when finished, then discard the used mixer. 
  • These guns are commonly used with materials such as Body Double, Dragon Skin, Ecoflex, and Mold Star from Smooth-On.
