Description

This thixotropic epoxy coating self-thickens for easy application on various surfaces. It offers a longer working time compared to the original version, and the cured epoxy is semi-rigid, enhancing impact resistance.

Applications include protective, impact-resistant coatings for EPS or polyurethane foam, plaster, concrete, wood, and fabrics. It is moisture- and humidity-resistant and contains no VOCs.

Instructions

This is a brush-on, thixotropic epoxy coating suitable for EPS foam and other substrates.

  1. Mix components according to manufacturer ratios.
  2. Apply with a brush in thin, even layers.
  3. The non-sag formula allows use on vertical and overhead surfaces.
  4. Allow each coat to reach a tack-free state before adding more.
  5. Once cured, it forms a hard, impact-resistant surface that can be sanded, drilled, or painted.
  6. Use gloves and ensure proper ventilation.
