Instructions
Preparation
Store and use at room temperature (23°C / 73°F). Warmer temperatures reduce working and cure time. Use safety glasses, long sleeves, and rubber gloves. Use flat, stiff mixing sticks.
Safety
- Test on a small skin area for allergic reactions. Do not use if a reaction occurs.
- Safe for skin application only. Do not ingest or use inside the mouth.
- Avoid contact with open eyes. Apply to closed eyes only with release cream.
Releasing
Does not stick to skin but may lock onto hair. Use release cream or additive to minimize locking. Shave the area if necessary.
Measuring & Mixing
Use the pre-measured 400 ml cartridge tube system with a static mixing tube. Place cartridge in dispensing gun and mix parts A & B through the tube. Apply directly to skin and spread with a soft brush.
Storage Of Unused Material
Leave the static mixing tube attached to the cartridge. Replace the tube for reuse.
Applying A Support Shell, Demolding & Casting
Use plaster bandages for a support shell. Apply petroleum jelly to the rubber mold before bandaging. Demold by peeling rubber from the skin. Cut encapsulated hair if necessary. Remove release cream with make-up remover or baby oil. Seat the rubber mold in the support shell before casting. Use a release agent for platinum-cure silicone rubber. Let the rubber cure for 60 minutes before casting resins.
