Road Cargo
Our transport prices are based on best offers from our logistic partners. Delivery times are indicative, based on averages and not guaranteed. In case that not all items of your order are readily available, we will contact you immediately. When your order is ready for despatch you will receive an order-confirmation with a payment request. We will keep you informed on the status of your shipment at all times.
Volumetric Weight
Logistical companies work with Volumetric Weight. This means that a vvoluminous parcel that does not weigh much will be calculated in volume and via a multiplcator converted to volumetric weight. Thus, a light item may show as many kilograms in volumetric weight.
When do you pay for your order?
All orders will be manually processed by our sales team and the availability of the items on your order will be checked. We will also check if you are elligable for VAT free delivery (IC-transaction) in the case that you supplied us with your sales tax identity data. Than we will send you an order confirmation with a payment request. Thus you will never pay for items that are not readily available for shipment.
VAT free delivery
If your Company is located in another EU country (not in The Netherlands) and you supply us with a valid VAT number we can apply for VAT free delivery for you (IC-Transaction). Please supply us with your full company name, registered location and VAT number. We will check your VAT number with the Tax Agency. In case the application is approved we will ajust your invoice accordingly.
Estimated Shipping Weight
FormX tries to estimate shippng weight based on real weight of the product, box sizes, volumetric weight of the parcel(s) etc. We than charge you for the estimated (volumetric) weight according to a range from 5 to 50 kilograms.
For orders that are not covered within this range you can ask us for a quote.
Shipment to Non EU countries (export)
Shipment to countries outside of the EU is free of Sales Tax. Since our Shop Software does not provide for this option we kindly ask you to add the remark “EXPORT” in the note field when you finalize your order. Our sales team will than adjust your invoice accordingly. Please keep in mind that you may have to pay sales tax and import taxes in the country of destination.
