Due to the professional and chemical nature of many molding, casting, resin, silicone and special effects materials, opened, used or partially consumed products cannot be returned.
For unopened products, return requests may only be accepted after prior written approval from FormX and may be subject to restocking fees.
For consumer purchases within the European Union, statutory consumer rights remain applicable where required by law.
Custom-made, special-order or hazardous materials may not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended application.
Technical advice provided by FormX is based on practical experience and manufacturer information, but does not constitute a guarantee of performance in the customer’s production environment.
We strongly recommend that customers perform their own tests before full-scale production.
